The transformative era of protein analysis
50 years ago, rapid N was first introduced!
Based on these experiences, Rapid N exceed is a more economical and innovative nitrogen/protein analyzer designed according to the Dumas method. In daily business, routine analysis can be conducted on food or feed in the laboratory, with sample weights up to 1 gram. Rapid N exceed is a fast, safe, and environmentally friendly alternative to the traditional Kjeldahl nitrogen determination method.
As a creative enterprise in the field of elemental analysis, Elementar takes traditional analytical techniques to a new level. This is achieved through a new method to reduce the amount of nitric oxide in the analyzed gas and absorb excess oxygen. Due to the defined interaction between reduction and oxidation (in patent applications), the reducing agent used will be automatically generated during the operation process. Therefore, reduction reaction tubes (reduction tubes) can be used in thousands of samples without the need for replacement or maintenance.
Meanwhile, Elementar relies on the mature technology of the newly developed rapid N exceed:
*CO2 as a carrier gas can save limited resources of helium, ensuring stable prices and continuous availability.
*The protein analysis speed is fast, with an analysis time of less than 4 minutes, and the sample flux is relatively high among similar instruments.
*The combustion post-treatment technology ensures accurate results without relying on the sample matrix.
*Rapid N exceed never stops: running 24/7 throughout the year.
Rapid N exceed can be optimized for nitrogen analysis.
High temperature combustion:
The Dumas combustion nitrogen determination method is used to determine nitrogen/protein according to AOAC, DIN/ISO, EN, and other international standards
Large sample range:
Maximum sample weight of 1 gram (1 gram of organic matter)
Concentration range:
From ppm to 100%, or 500 milligrams of nitrogen (absolute value).
Clean, safe, and fast:
Analysis can be completed in a few minutes without using corrosive or toxic chemicals, with CO2 as the intelligent carrier gas
Simple installation requirements:
A 48 x 55cm tabletop, one power supply (230V, 110V, 100V), and two gases are sufficient for long-term maintenance free operation
Non matrix dependent multi-point calibration, stable for several months
Instrument:
By controlling with a regular PC, fairly good results can be obtained, even in the presence of unknown or variable sample matrices; Optional features that comply with 21 CFR 11 regulations. Due to the digitization of all electronic components in the instrument, remote services can be achieved
Electronic analytical balance:
The balance and elemental analyzer form a system. We provide microbalances and analytical balances supplied by manufacturers for our instruments.
Sample injector:
A spare sample tray is provided for samples with large quantities and small volumes, which can accommodate up to 120 samples.
Tin bag sealer:
Used for quantitatively loading liquids and sensitive samples into tin bags and sealing them. Includes consumables that can be used for approximately 500 samples.
Vario liquid sampler (VLS):
VLS automatic sampler is used to directly inject liquid into the combustion chamber.
Manual gas/liquid injection:
Used for injecting liquid or gas samples through diaphragm free injection ports and microinjectors.
Sample former (with stamping tool):
Used for compressing packaging samples and extruding air from soil samples.
Manual stamping tool:
Used for manually compressing packaging samples.
The newly developed technology greatly reduces the amount of consumables used. We offer full ready to use ink cartridges for factory delivery. We firmly prioritize the highest quality of second-hand parts and chemicals - this is the benchmark for ensuring extended instrument lifespan.
